I did this keychain as a trade for a couple of teas from a local cafe I like sitting at to craft. Hey, I will work for food, i like getting nice things made for people for nice things for me to eat/ drink. (not to mention always hungry. always.)

This is my first attempt at pattern #75005. Turned out so pretty, omigosh!

I’ve been procrastinating on editing this photo in krita, converting to a jpeg, and posting to friendship-bracelets.net. There’s a size limit on photos which makes it a bit of a hassle.

As a note, i’ve got some bracelets for sale for commission at a local gallery! huzzah! Now to pump out more to keep the stock up. hnnngh procrastion and all that jazz nngh.

Jewelry Will Never Be The Same Again

Like any other story with an ordinary start, rainbow looms started off as just a past time for kids. Things took a turn when dresses, charms and other new inventions with looms came in. Some sold what they made in return of a lumsum amount which stole the attention of the crowd. Who knew it was going to be this way so fast?

Later, when people started experimenting with new designs, they took creativity somewhere else. It wasn't the same anymore when jewelry made of loom rubber bands started to become a common interest among large groups of people. New designs emerged while the older ones still retained some of their originality. The most interesting thing is, no two designs are exactly alike, which makes loom jewelry a unique trend to adopt.
