This is one of my pokemon ocs! His name is Sullivan, but I usually call him Sully. This is actually his redesign since when I received his original design, he was kinda bland. Just a normal umbreon with rainbow circles. So I edited it a bit so he's more interesting to look at.
As for personality, Sully is a bit of an angry bean, but he's really just shy. A bit of a tsundere, I suppose, since he'll snap at people to hide his emotions and then feel really bad about it afterwards. Considering making my Sully boy my new mascot for this account, but I'm not sure. I might end up having multiple mascots for here, since Shilolli's my current one, Shino, my luxray character, is in running and Sully's in the running now, too.
