It doesn't always affect me. Most of the time I'm okay but I feel like I have to defend the way I speak because of it. Lana makes me so weak

I'm honestly confused. Was that scene in NL really framed as what Emma wanted? I agreed with everything you said but I'm still stuck on that. It was never my impression of it...
Honestly, I think this is something that’s debatable. I think the end of the scene definitely frames her as having enjoyed the kiss, but whether or not she really wanted it isn’t really definitively shown. The only thing that might show that is the fact that she kissed him, but since the scene was played as being more about Hook than Emma, there are are several different reasons why she might have kissed him, and none of them are really shown to be definitive because the writers didn’t take the time to explore the motivations for her in that moment, either in the scene, prior to the scene, or following the scene.
So yeah, even coming at it with “She wanted it” or “she was consenting” is a problem all on its own because her motivation there is murky at best.
