With each bite of these tasty Rainbow Pudding Pops, you can feel the joy of a rainbow. This colorful treat is great for hot summer days or any other time of the year.
Ingredients: 1 box vanilla pudding mix. 2 cups milk. Food coloring red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Popsicle molds. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the box for making vanilla pudding mix using the 2 cups of milk. Spread the pudding mix out evenly among six bowls. Each bowl should have a different color of food coloring added. Mix the colors together well until they are all bright and rainbow-like. Carefully pour a different color of pudding into each popsicle mold, arranging the colors however you like. Each mold should have a popsicle stick in it. Then it should be frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is completely firm. Once the popsicles are frozen, run them under warm water for a few seconds to get them out of the molds. Enjoy!
