THE NAMING OF THE SLOTH!!!
Little known fact about rainbow sloths...they get all cocky once they have been given a name. I gave this one a name and he thinks he has to start accessorizing!!!
Let me give you some insight as to why I chose the name that I did for him. Back when I was growing up, back in the day of the VHS, back when we had to walk barefoot through 3 miles of shag carpet to change the channel or rewind a movie!!!
I have several favorite movies, but there is one that will forever be in my top 5 favorites. It is a James Stewart movie. It was made in 1950, but got watched repeatedly by me in the 80's and 90's!
The main character was a grown man who had an imaginary friend. Now this imaginary friend was a pooka, who appeared as a six feet three and a half inch rabbit, and went by the name Harvey! I figure that has something to do with the title of the movie being "Harvey"!
Although he is a sloth, and not a rabbit nor is he an actual pooka, but he is well over 6 feet tall....I would like to introduce you to my HARVEY!!!!
If you get a chance to watch the movie...do it! You might get a glimpse into what molded me as a child! 😂😂😂
