Hi, Just discovered your blog and is amazing! :D <3 could you recommend me something from Sylvia Plath and Henry Miller? It would be my first time reading something from them. Thank you!

Thanks! Well, if you’re wanting to read a fiction novel from Plath, she only wrote one book– The Bell Jar– so that’s pretty easy. It’s good though. If you’re wanting to read poetry I’d go pick up Ariel. There’s also Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams, which is like short stories and stuff, and her Unabridged Journals but neither of which I’ve personally read, so. I love Sylvia Plath so I hope you enjoy anything you pick up from her. “Daddy” and “Mad Girl’s Love Song” are two of my favorite poems. Unfortunately I haven’t read any Henry Miller so I can’t be much help here.

Hello! I had a fantastic Christmas and New Year, thank you for asking. I hope you had a happy holiday as well! I’ve read a few Plath’s poems but not enough to recommend any. I’ve been meaning to read The Bell Jar for the longest time. As for Henry Miller I have read anything by him. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful!
