was going to post art i made of a character related to this guy, but then i realized i never posted him in the first place! so here's some art from nearly half a year ago. more info about him under the cut

this fellow was once a part of a prestigious exploration team! however, he gave up that lifestyle after his partners were killed on a mission. since then, he's worked as a solo bounty hunter, tracking down and capturing dangerous pokémon. while he's generally well respected for what he does, his is a lifestyle that earns you as much infamy as it does money, so having a person or two after your head for all manner of reasons is to be expected.
