This Japanese photo decorating app is well known among young Asian Instagrammers who like to "cutify" their photos. Its 36 cute frames from each collection are fun to play with. The app is free with two free collections, and you can buy more for $2 each. In each collection, there are sets of stickers, roll stamps, and "one touch" stamps you can place on top and/or bottom parts of your photo. You can also mix and match these one-touch stamps. The "Effects" feature allows you to crop, add a filter and create a collage with different frame shapes (star, circle, heart, octagon, square). See the last photo as an example.
