Checking out the first soft opening day of @ramenshacknyc's new semi-permanent pop-up home at Tomiz (formerly Cafe Zaiya). Only one item on the menu. The Future Chukasoba: The Rebirth of Shoyu. Chicken niboshi broth, soy sauce tare, niboshi scallion oil, negi pork belly, menma, baby bok choy, naruto, iwonori, Shimamoto noodles. Added an agitama. It was really good! It could have used slightly more shoyu and stronger niboshi flavor.
