I’m a huge Elliott Smith fan going back to the Heatmiser days.. I saw him twice in Chicago as he was getting really popular in the late ‘90s. Although this Elliott Smith covers album doesn’t totally resonate with me, I think it’s great that his songbook lives on.. This is really a great version of Fond Farewell. Definitely one of my favorite tracks from the record.
