Ranchtober 2025: Choose your own Adventure!
Hello! And welcome to yet another Inktober prompt list, with a twist! The Ranchtober list is a branching path of prompts made to make every path unique. All artists start and end on the same prompt, but the path in between is as unique as you want to make it. There are several points on the map with built-in (optional) day long breaks, and a few "Do whatever you want!" free slots. The prompt you pick determines where you go next on the map—so plan accordingly, or just follow your gut! Your journey through the Ranchtober list is entirely up to you.
To recap:,
Day 1 is the same for everyone. From there, the prompt list branches out. Each choice leads to a different next-day prompt, creating a unique path through the month. You'll encounter:
Rest Days – planned breaks to help you avoid burnout (rest pathways highlighted in green).,
Free Days – draw whatever you want, or use it to catch up!,
Crossroads – spots where paths may converge or split again.,
Day 31 brings everyone back together for a final themed prompt to wrap up your adventure. Feel free to share your progress through the #ranchtober2025 tag !
