Funny thing about Kyoko is that for most of the game no one even knew that she didn't know her talent. When someone asked her about it she would just go "I don't have to tell you anything lol"
The thing about her is that until chapter four or maybe even five, she really was just some random girl that no one knew anything about. No one knew who she was or what she was doing.
It was in chapter five when Byakuya started questioning what the hell is her deal and he did that only because he was mad she corrected him during Sakura's case.
Kyoko started interacting with others in chapter three and it was only about Alter Ego. Other than that she was playing Dora the Explorer around the school and everyone was like "sure whatever just don't murder anyone"
