Thinking about what my Vorta oc's wheelchair might entail (I probably need to sort of establish what Muna has too, but I have at least a moderately more stable idea of what she's got than I do for him).

I'm thinking he might need one that can very solidly lock into place, as otherwise the telekinesis (that he can't really control for the most part) can send him whizzing unexpectedly towards or away from something from a sudden emotional burst (usually away).

They might need some positioning assistance like a seatbelt and tray table (plus the table is helpful to just be able to work on stuff with multiple PAADs easily to hand). I don't think he'd always need a headrest setup, but I think it's maybe something they'd have as an option.

It would definitely have handles and/or a push bar, I think of them as honestly pretty reliant on sickbay staff given his level of medical complexity, so those would make it a lot easier for them to be taken where they need to be in a given situation.

I don't know if he'd be strong enough to use a manual chair, but tbf most of the weakness is in his legs and to a lesser extent his core so it may not be an issue idk. I think they can use a wheeled walker for very short distances or walk with enough support from another person like a medical staff member.

I'm kind of thinking the weakness (maybe with some contracture?) is largely due to atrophy from the lack of mobility he had within the cloning facility when he was subjected to examination through temporary bioneural stimulation and paralysis and bouts of sedation, plus potentially some tissue damage from infections as well after the facility was abandoned.

Neural nerve damage may be at play as well, because I think that kind of plays into why he has such a limited degree of control over his telepathy and telekinesis, because those areas of his brain were stimulated so often to assess the degree of mutation that activated them in the first place (neither are very strong, but they get used more often than they would normally).

I'm also thinking his chair might have some compartments for medical equipment he needs regularly, and if it's a power chair maybe some covert slot where he could charge a communication device that translates when he's able to verbalize, but mostly works to translate a signed language into audio (I'm not sure exactly what causes him to have trouble speaking, it may honestly be literal damage to his throat, tongue, and/or jaw tbh given the conditions he was in).

Opinions and suggestions would be excellent tbh!

Can I ask why you draw the things you draw? (No offense, I'm just personally curious as to why someone might like unconventional things like puke, STDs, SH, blood and overall kind of disgusting stuff) (not saying this in a negative way, your art just strays away from the norm a lot)

Well uh i think like a year or two ago whenever my art style was more "normal" i didn't really have much fun with it, i was too focused trying to make people actually like my art rather than me actually having fun with it myself. I didn't draw for MONTHS because of it until i came across ranfren and i actually loved the artstyle and got inspired by it which is why it's so heavily inspired.

As for the sh and blood stuff It'll probably be taken as me sexualizing in a way but I'm really not, i struggled with sh personally in the past so just drawing it on random characters helps me cope with it a bit better and gives me the same sort of satisfaction as ACTUALLY cutting myself but at the end of the day its just red lines. As for the rest of the stuff it's mainly inspired by that one guy that made that dumb mlp series thing? Like the bald guy? That and with again Captainhowdies style so its just a mix of both of em. And because i just like having an artstyle i can actually have fun with that doesn't feel overly normal, and drawing the stuff that i do can be hilarious and helps me cope with a lot of stuff.

Though I'll probably cringe at myself for drawing like this in the future, I'd rather be cringe and draw weird shit rather than drawing in an artstyle I'm not happy with.

Once a massive old bathhouse, Warm Springs was the first among many buildings retrofitted to house the flood of refugees leading up to the 1st World War of Mothers. Now a group home, it houses local children until they are of the age to be conscripted into mandatory military service.

Sonika being an iPad kid is funny, but she wouldn't be able to lmao. She does have a datapad she doodles on sometimes but prefers carving metal. Usually the doodles are for testing a design, but more often she just uses stones to mark.

Lumera's Birthday is September 3th!

and Miku's is September 4th!

Anyway I thought I might share some stuff they do on their birthday now that I'm thinking about it

Lumera and Miku like to get some desserts and eat them together but this time Lumera has more friends, so maybe we can all destroy our teeth together!

They also like spending time in the park and tell jokes together, it was always a blast

They would read together if it was raining that day instead of going to the park

By the end of the day Miku and Lumera would watch the sun set!

Anyway, I hope everyone loves Lumera and Miku as much as I do!
