I've been burning out on this project for awhile now, tho I'm committed to completing the dex. However, I have been thinking about what will happen to this blog after I finish the dex and I think I would like to take the time to redesign my redesigns. I don't know if I will but at the moment I was really excited to do it :P

So here is something no one asked for - A redesign of my own Plague Birds for this spooky season.

Movesets and TMs/TRs are rough ideas and could be subject to change. (also I used the old Galar TMs/TRs because it was easier to reference on Serebii than the new TMs of Scarlet/Violet)

The Cumulus Pokemon "These Pokemon have calm and caring demeanor. Their cloud like fur can hold water from the atmosphere extremely well. When they see land that hasn't received rain in a while they will empty their water stores, providing life back into the area."

The Liquid Metal Pokemon

"This Pokemon is able to reflect back an almost perfect reflection of anything that looks into it. It can even copy the shape."

The Hurricane Force Pokemon "This Pokemon moves with enough force to run on air. You can still feel its air pressure attacks at 50 ft. It is considered a terrible force of nature.

Design wise, I have very little to say about this boi. I stole almost the whole thing from the unreleased beta evolution of ditto. While I do imagine they sit like ditto (all blobby and such) I do like the mental image of them running along one little blobby legs. Another entry in the 'head empty little guy' catalog.

In universe, these guys would be a metal like mercury (liquid at room temp) and they can only copy things that have looked into them (so mirror rules instead of genetic copys)

another design that kicked my butt. I had a lot of expectations for lapras's redesign (because the original is so good) but I kept tripping up. I finally settled on a concept I liked ( Ankylosaurus ) but I could not for the life of me make it work the way I wanted it (shape or colors)

The Shell Shock Pokemon "This Pokemon was long thought to be extinct as their bones have been found in fossil records. Their shell is charged with electricity meaning just brushing against them can cause massive damage."
