Would you have anything relating to the creation of fake freckles?
First of all, I am so so sorry for not responding sooner. I am on a tablet at the moment, which doesn’t tell me when I receive messages for this blog.
As I am on a tablet, I can’t add photos to this answer. However, I can add links if I feel they’ll be helpful.
So, fake freckles are a tricky business. If you go too overboard, they look fake. The best thing to do is practise creating them on your hand or arm before going onto your face.
You’ll need; a small pointed eye-shadow brush, an eyebrow/eyeliner pencil, and some eye-shadow.What you’ll want to do is go for a colour that matches your skin tone.
First thing to do is decide where you want your freckles to be. They naturally fall in clumps, often around your cheekbones or under your eyes. Taking the penile, lightly dot where you want your freckles to be. Nit too obvious, but clear enough so you can see them when looking closely.
Next, take your eye-shadow brush and put a small amount of eye-shadow on the tip. Then gently add eye-shadow where you’ve put the pencil marks. This is the reason you need to use a small pointed brush. Any bigger, and you’ll risk smudging the eye-shadow. Make sure you don’t use too much pressure when applying the colour, as it’ll make the freckles too dark.
If you want to, you can apply a powder to prevent smudging. Once the eye-shadow has set, carefully apply a powder (either pressed or loose, as it won’t really much of a difference) with a powder brush.
Of course, washing your face and applying foundation prior to applying the freckles will help the freckles set and look slightly more realistic. It’s not necessary though.
After a bit of searching, I found a video by a professional makeup artist that you may find helpful: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-do-fake-freckles
