11 Leadership Attributes

I’m adding this to my blog so I can have frequent looks at it; I’m going up for the NCOPD for the potential of a rank-up and need to know at least three of these attributes by memory. More required information for the NCOPD will meet my blog fairly frequently through February.

1.) Know yourself and seek self improvement

2 .) Be technically and tactically proficient

3.) Know your subordinates and look out for their welfare

4.) Keep subordinates informed

5.) Set the example

6.) Ensure the task is understood, supervised, and accomplished

7.) Train your subordinates as a team 8.) Make sound and timely decisions

9.) Develop a sense of responsibility among your subordinates

10.) Employ your command in accordance with its capabilities

11.) Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions

Oh Yeah I got to TOP 100 in YGO DevPro...using Rank-Up Heraldic Beast the whole time...very glad about this...getting to TOP 100 was pretty much the goal for before my local tournament in Tallinn on Sunday this week... It might not mean that much(because most on DevPro don,t play Rated)...but I did kinda prove with this that you don,t have to play a meta deck to do well and I faced a lot of them...Rank-Up Heraldic Beast definitely has potential....I also did found out about a lot of my deck's weak match-ups and all that,so it was definitely a learning experience as well... I will definitely try to go further than this as well,but I doubt I get to the absolute top....

I wonder, since Arc-V brought Rank-Up Xyz back with Shun's deck, will we see the return of Accel Synchros, too? I mean, Yugo does have a D-Wheel, so he could conceivably do it.

Bueno aqui tienen el Xyz Rango 13 que ha salido a relucir en Yu-Gi-Oh! Una carta con un costo de convocacion muy elevado pero sigue siendo una carta demasiado buena. Aqui les dejo su efecto:

New Orders 13 Etheric Amen

Light / Fairy / Rank 13 / 5000 / 4000

Debe ser convocado especialmente a travez de una carta magica "Rank-Up Magic" y no puede ser convoado de otra manera. Esta carta no puede ser destruida por batalla ni por efectos. Esta carta gana 100 de ATK por cada Material Xyz que tenga. Cuando esta carta es convocada especialmente: agregas cualquier numero de cartas del tope del deck del oponente a esta carta como materiales Xyz igual a la diferencia de Rangos entre esta carta y un Monstruo Xyz del oponente. Cuando un Monstruo Xyz es convocado especialmente en el campo del oponente: agregas cualquier numero de cartas del tope del deck del oponente a esta carta como materiales Xyz igual a la diferencia de Rangos entre esta carta y ese monstruo.

A como ven el efecto es demasiado exagerado! Pero ahi veremos a cuantos jugadores les gustaria andarlo en su Extra deck! :D PD: Cada vez mas Yu-Gi-Oh! quiere alcanzar los niveles exagerados de ATK al igual que Vanguard xD
