I saw this couple being "cuddly" near Bryant Park on a rainy day. I approached them and asked them if it would be okay to take their photo while they held that pose. For some reason, the girl hesitated but the guy was all for it. After I found the right spot, I snapped the photo and showed it to them. I got the head nod of approval. When I asked if they wanted me to email it to them, the girl said "Yes please!" with enthusiasm. Most people might not know how shy I am. I started getting into photography so that I could feel more comfortable striking up conversations with people. I'm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone today. This photo will remind me of what is possible when I do.
