Am I the only one who can see an Ice Age version of Sonic?
Or rather: Bad Guys IDW surviving glaciations, absurd cataclysms, and a nonstop chain of terrible decisions.
I can’t stop imagining all of them going through the disasters of Ice Age 3, 4, and 5 as the main protagonists. It feels like the roles fit way too well. Too well…
I still haven’t decided who would be Granny for Zazz (Sid)…
And I’m missing the most important part:
Who would be Scrat chasing the acorn? Shadow after a Chaos Emerald? Knuckles and the Master Emerald?

Edit: I just looked up the canon properly and... nope. Mimic is 32 years old and Whisper is 16-18 (depending on the source, but definitely underage confirmed). I genuinely thought Mimic was younger (like 20-22) and Whisper a bit older, but NOPE.
So I'm officially retiring the Whismic ship from serious mode. It was fun to imagine it in the Ice Age AU as a betrayal-to-redemption slow-burn (Shira and Diego vibes), but in actual canon... no thanks, the age gap is way too big and problematic. Sorry for the brief fandom brainrot moment, it won't happen again... 😓
