I looooooooooove reading! It's one of my most favourite hobbies! I just finished a book called Fear Nothing by Lisa Gardner, very interesting I recommend!

As for my favourite book that's really hard to say, I'm a mood reader so it really depends on what I'm feeling in that moment for what my favourite is!

the people at my work have obviously never being around differently abled people.  we have this guy who cleans our "foyer" (dining room) and he is autistic. He isnt very good at communicating and always asks the same questions about what he should be doing. The managers and crew always seem to be so angry at him and rush him out the door because they dont know how to deal with him. they are mean to him and i just feel like saying: "You know what though? He does a damn good job with what he is given to do. Who cares if he asks the same question 5 times? At least hes asking instead of just standing there waiting to be told what to do. he's probably been taught to ask before he does something. instead of rushing him away, how about tell him he is doing a fantastic job for his capabilities and give him some recognition for at least earning some of his own money. This company is all about recognition but as soon as someone needs it, or deserves it, it isnt given!" And you know what? He went away last friday and during peak period over lunch, we actually needed him cause we had ran out of trays and i had to run around foyer because we didnt have any and had to wipe them ourselves.  I'm so glad that you hear from me that you are doing a fantastic job Alex, because you are.
