Gardens, potted plants, and flowers watered. Five loaves mixed. Raspberry leaf and mint tea steeping. A moment to select a new book. Afternoon thunderstorm rolling in. Today has been sweet.

Fighting the urge to ask for period advice as if I haven’t been dealing with this for ___ years
This stuff^^ is the Good Stuff™️. I was having the worst cramps I've had in a looong time earlier so I made a cup (alongside a single tylenol, because it was BAD) and I have never experienced relief so fast. Lasted all day, too! So yeah, if you're having the mother of all period cramps... I HIGHLY recommend!!
Girl wake up!🩷
It's steak dinner,sweet potato,
nettle leaf tea, raspberry leaf tea, flax seed, pumpkin seed,
hot water bottle day!🩷
Lazy Saturday ☕️🫖
Can’t hurt, right?
My boyfriend and I went out thrifting for my 33rd birthday the other day and found my perfect teacup to begin practicing tasseomancy -- for the fabulous price of $2.99. 🙌
I've already completed this reading for myself, but I'm curious!
What do you see in my tea leaves?
Yeah. Cat position illustrative of my current mood!
In other examples of slightly bonkers things I’m doing every day to encourage Baby Girl to make the short journey into my arms:
-drinking 3 cups of strong raspberry leaf tea
-eating 3 medjoul dates (or 6 smaller ones). Impressed to find there is loads of scientific evidence behind this one!
-putting chilli on all my other food
-bouncing and rocking on my birthing ball like a demented weeble
-short routine of Daisy Birthing yoga-based exercises
-walking up the stairs sideways like a crab
-standing or sitting up straight as much as possible to encourage downward movement!
-forbidding myself from slouching on the sofa. I miss the sofa.
-100 squats
-walking for about an hour
-sniffing aromatherapy oil blend designed for labour
-using acupressure points designed to trigger labour
-rocking and rotating my hips at every opportunity. Like a sexy pregnant 1970s disco diva, I like to think. Or a whale gyrating.
Plus a couple of others I’m not going to mention on here because we like to keep it PG 😉
Nobody can say I don’t go all-in when I want something in life 😂
We can do this!
