Un stout impérial de la brasserie @sainthoublon avec des framboises noires (si la recette n’a pas changée) Texture soyeuse en bouche, dominants arômes de cacao, touche de torréfaction, et une bonne dose de confiture de framboise qui vient compléter. C’est du solide. Aucune trace du 8.5% d’alcool. Ça goûte le gâteau forêt noire liquide! 😍🤤 . . What a bomb this beer! An imperial stout from @sainthoublon brewery with black raspberries. Silky texture on the palate, dominant cocoa aromas, touch of roasting grains, and a good dose of raspberry jam for finish. It’s solid. No trace of the 8.5%ABV.
