it had been akin to opening  PANDORA’S BOX;  with one tug of the thread,  more   q u e s t i o n s   came to light,  to which came only one solution  ------  look for yourself.   a risky move,  yes;  she couldn’t stand anonymous.   her face was recognisable,  & to further complications,  she’d been made   a w a r e   of the PRICE ON HER HEAD  ------  hence why the rumoured safe-ground of THE CONTINENTAL was to be her port of call,  the strange gold coins  ( acquired through methods she wasn’t exactly   p r o u d   of )  clicking quietly in her bag.   personally,  she thought a   c a r d   would have been considerably more efficient,  but she’d keep that to herself.

membership was a question,  however;  it looked exclusive,  but that might possibly be due to its nature of being tightly under-wraps,  it’s very existence almost undisclosed.   but,  then,  the fact that she knew of it in the first place ought to count for something,  surely?   & each of its patrons had started from somewhere.

again,  too many q u e s t i o n s.   thankfully,  she wasn’t inexperienced on the matters of secret societies,  nor the criminal underworlds they pertained to.   thankfully,  she’d been greeted at the door.

O fetita care a inceput sa hraneasca zilnic cateva ciori a inceput sa primeasca in schimb cate o rasplata pe masura.

In schimb pentru generozitatea copilului, pasarile au inceput sa-i aduca tot felul de obiecte gasite. Ciorile, in semn de multumire, i-au adus fetitei cercei (desigur, fara pereche), clame de birou, un bec, niste alune, nasturi si margele, tot ce le-a atras atentia.
