Advice is helpful
So my life is becoming a bit more interesting and a bit more complicated. My boyfriend leaves for basic May 27th and I'm absolutely terrified. I grew up a Navy brat and I didn't want to be pulled back into the military. I'm coming to terms with the fact that I'm willing to go through hell and back with my boyfriend. I'm scared of everything that can go wrong but I want him to be happy and I know I can learn to at least sort of like it rather than straight up hate it. At least I hope so. I'm hoping I can change my hatred for the system into something that is more like tolerating it and liking it a bit more. Fingers crossed. But what I'm looking for now is some advice, some tips and tricks with how to cope, with how to keep busy, some suggested hobbies, and maybe even tips on how to be strong enough to deal with all of this. I love him, I really do. I just want to learn how to be better, stronger, so I don't bring him down with how much I dislike this.
