As I get more into comics, I am daunted by the crazy amounts of Spider-man comics. I am considering starting with Miles Morales. Do you suggest I start with the death of Peter Parker, or do I need to start earlier to understand what's going on?

Hi there! You should be fine starting with the Death of Spider-Man. For the most part Miles' run doesn't rely TOO heavily on the stuff from the prior run. 

The latter half of the series does have some stuff calling back to the very beginning of the Peter Parker Ultimate Spider-Man stuff, but even then most of it is still explained in the story.

I got the shoes from JCPenney. They are Call it Spring, but they were on the super sale rack for Labor Day. Originally $50 and purchased for $7.45. SCORE. They have a similar pair with a higher wedge I think at the actual Call it Spring store though!

For Anons, sometimes people with same-sex sexual attractions do not have romantic attractions because they have always thought of the heterosexual relationship/marriage with 2.5 kids so it is hard to imagine anything else. Some will begin to develop romantic attractions to the same sex as they become more comfortable with their sexuality, others just have fluid sexual and romantic attractions that don't fully match and that's okay too.

Fat Professor was your teacher!!

Yup! He's a really cool guy. I pretty much freaked out on my second day of class, pulled him aside, and said, "Will, I might not be back after lunch because I'm very bad at this and it's making me miserable." And then he gave me a pep talk of sorts, but I think I might have cornered him into it by nearly crying. So, yes, Fat Professor is the person to thank for making me stick with one of the best decisions I have made in my life.
