We have been doing really well these last couple days. Currently I am doing a raw before 4 diet. So for breakfast I have a huge fruit salad and then for a snack I munch on veggies and for lunch I have a huge veggie smoothie. I am already feeling better. My body is happier so soon I will be too. We went on a 3 mile bike ride yesterday, which would have been awesome but we found out a quarter of our way into our bike ride that there were leaks in our tires! So hopefully soon we can either get those fixed or just get new bikes all together. I might also take up yoga as soon as Ryan starts getting paychecks again! So stay tooned for that!
