Back #squatting again! I took a whole week off due to a #minor #tweak in my #lowerback last Saturday from #deadlifts..so happy that today I had #nopain!! Thank you Jesus 🙏!! The set didn’t move as fast as I would’ve liked, I took too long between reps, the clips SUCKED, my friggin’ leg hurt after rep #3, and my hands kept slippin’. But I got all damned 7 of them bitches AND I did it strapless and beltless. I think it’s time for Bull Stewart to crown a new USAPL Deadlift King in the 275 Raw Masters 40-44 and I’m comin’ for it. Then I’m takin’ 275+!
