The Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala of Indian Railways has started production once again from April 23, 2020 after 28 days of nationwide lockdown. The factory has been re-opened following all the safety precautions and guidelines issued by the Home Ministry and the local administration amidst the relentless fight against COVID-19. In total, 3744 employees have been allowed to start the work.
