Playing through the original CoM on my emulator and I’m surprised that Axel said “commit it to memory” and not his iconic “Got it memorized”. I guess they figured the latter was catchier? Plus re:Chain came out like 2 years after KH2 so it was probably changed for consistency
I had finished Kingdom Hearts Final Mix a while ago, and now that I'm done with Yakuza 0, it's time to continue the series by playing Re:Chain of Memories. I remember liking the original chain of Memories a lot, but it's way different from what I've heard.
