other anon was kinda rude but id like to offer my thoughts. i personally prefer second person pov for x reader fics because it lets me feel more immersed. most first person stories are meant to be the narrator recounting their experience to the reader, so i associate first person with "this character isnt me." thats just my two cents!
also a friendly tip, it looks like your posts tend to have some random/irrelevant tags (which runs you the risk of getting reported for spam). all you need are a few key tags for searchability and filtering! for fics, sticking to x reader specific tags like #(character) x reader or #(fandom) x reader works just fine! best practice is to always put most of if not the whole fic under a read more and to not use the regular character/fandom tags. a little can go a long way!
putting commentary and additional thoughts in tags is totally acceptable and not considered spam! same goes for personal/organizational tags for your blog 👍
aight thanks for your revision. i understand, as i usually do write some of my other fics in 2nd pov. i get what you’re saying and i’ll probably change it to 2nd pov if it’s more manageable!
in terms of tags, honestly i thought you had to fill up the space there so i lowkey spam a lot of random words in there bc i genuinely just assumed that more tags = more viewers🥹 thanks for the tip tho i didn’t know that
