Fic Prompt: Y/N is traveling with Trevor when he helps the Speaker magicans in season 1. When they go back to their temporary home in Gresit, they also end up bringing along the cute male speaker who was opposed to Trevor getting involved. (His name is Arn) This then forms a strange and slightly misshapen love triangle, ft Alucard being the simp he is. Now, after saving Gresit, the troupe of fools is headed to the Belmont family home.

I can't believe I'm writing an entire fic about a character who is in two episode and has less than 10 lines

"I still think you're full of shit Belmont." Arn remarked after watching his family's caravan fade into the distance. Neither he or Sypha had been away from their family before, and Arn wasn't doing a very good job at covering up his nerves.

"Oh? And what makes you think that?" Trevor said, glancing over his shoulder with a smug look on his face. Arn's nose scrunched up, anger written all over him.

"What makes me think that?! You really think I have any cause to believe you intend to return Sypha and I safely back to our family after this is all over?! She is like a sister to me, and yet you treat everyone around you like shi-!" Before he could finish off his sentence, he was swiftly cut off by Sypha's hand on his mouth. She sighed, keeping her hand on his mouth until she finished her statement.

"Look, I understand you are stressed, I am too, but you need to respect Trevor. Please, calm down, shut up, and use your head."

As she took her hand down, Arn shot a glare to Trevor, but quietly retreated to the back of the group. Y/N and Alucard had been watching this from a few feet away, and welcome the angry man to the back of the pack.

"Well," Alucard began, "That didn't go as planned." Arn attempted to shoot him a dirty look, but his eyes connected with Y/N's first, a look of concern written all over their face. He ignored Alucard, instead going to stand by them.

"Hey, are you alright?" Y/N asked, worried for the speaker. Arn sighed, his shoulders sinking with his breath.

"I'm worried. I have never been away from my family before, and Sypha is all I feel I have right now. It makes me nervous not to have the safety of my home, so I lash out in anger when I am afraid." He began, continuing on throughout the journey with his ramblings. As the night progressed, the conversation traveled on to happy topics, darker topics, fun ones, sad ones, and so on and so forth. Though all 5 of the travelers talked, Arn, Y/N, and Alucard stayed slightly back from the group, talking amongst themselves the most.

This pattern continued night after night as the group made their way to the Belmont family home. Since the groups size had quadrupled since Trevor started out, traveling became more of struggle, as all 5 of them attracted much more unwanted attention than just a single person. It stretched out, taking weeks instead of days. Many nights went by where a single member of the group went unrested, others where they switched off, whatever it took to stay safe.

The trip relaxed when they finally arrived at the Belmont hold. With the 5 of them, they were able to repair more of it's defenses faster, allowing them to properly make somewhere to stay within the bunker. Beds were made, a cooking station was set up, as well as a proper door that didn't involve magic for them to get in and out of.

Y/N sighed, sitting down on a makeshift bed. They had enjoyed the journey, but it was hard on everyone, especially since the worst was soon to come. They began taking off their boots, then their belt, weapon, armor, and more. Arn approached them as they undressed.

"Hey, are you alright?" He said, sitting down next to them.

"Yeah, I will be. It's been hard getting here, you know? We've fought so many night creatures, saved so many villages, broken too many bones, it's just a lot. But that's not what matters. All of us are still here, and we still have one and another." Y/N smiled, resting a hand on Arn's without thinking.

Arn took said hand in his, planting a soft kiss on top of it.

"You are right. We do have each other. I thought I lost all family I had when I left that caravan, but I was wrong. I found you." He said, with honesty in his voice clear as day. Y/N blushed, surprised at how forward he was being.

While Y/N attempted to find something to say to Arn, Alucard had already thought of something, quite a few things actually. He was pouting, standing across the room with a book in his hands. He knew that Arn had been trying to get you alone for some time now, as both of them were competing for you affections. Each night they had argued as to who got to sleep that night, solely because they didn't trust the other to be alone with you should you wake up. Somehow they managed to be civil to each other while you were around to notice, but the moment you turned away they were at each other's throats.

"Pouting again, Alucard?" Sypha said as she put books back shelf he was hiding behind.

"Pouting? I am not pouting. I am simply, observing." He said, adjusting his shoulders and hair in an attempt to hide his disdain.

"You don't have to pretend to like him just because he is part of my family. You may be an only child, so you wouldn't know the hate a sibling can cause." She said.

"You are siblings?" He asked, finally turning his gaze to look at Sypha.

"No, don't actually, but we speakers are raised like one big family. Everyone born in a similar time is raised like a group of siblings." She informed him as she placed her final book on the shelf, turning to look at him.

"You didn't like Trevor when we met, and you did like Arn, now it seems the tables have turned. It's obvious to everyone but them, and maybe Trevor, as to why you are acting like this, but what are you going to do about it?" Sypha asked him, putting him on the spot.

His face grew red as blood rushed to it, causing him to cover it with his hand. He turned back to look at you again, noticing how Arn was no where to be seen as you tucked yourself into bed.

"I don't know what I am to do, but I do know what I want." He whispered.

The END motherfucker! I honestly rushed this, it only took me like an hour and I feel like I wasted some time in the middle, but Alucard is SEXY and fun to write so ENJOY THIS. MWAH!!!!

May I request Alucard comforting a reader with a mother who has NPD? Cause I'm hurting a lot right now. - 💙

Firstly, I understand how you feel...my mother has PTSD and it does get very hard to deal with most of the time. Things will get better anon, I promise. It takes a step at a time.

Secondly, I’m happy to write this for you and I hope you reading this helps you feel just a little bit better. And I hope that this does not offend you or your mother in any way. If it does please let me know and I will take this post down.

You knew she couldn’t help it, you knew that she didn’t mean what she said. But, sometimes it was too much to bear, her saying those things to you really did hurt you and to her, it didn’t seem that way.

She was always so worried about her vanity and every time she would see a flaw on you she was always quick to judge and say something that would make you feel bad about yourself.

It hurt. It always hurt but, what could you do?

Before you were alone whenever your mother’s words hit a bit to close to home. There were times you were beginning to believe the words she would tell you, that fighting back didn’t seem like an option anymore. Walking away? What good would that do? Taking it head on? Is it even worth it anymore to stand and listen to it even longer? You didnt want to continue crying alone, you didn’t want to have her words swirl in your mind, breaking you down, you wanted to tell someone-talk to someone about this.

You were done. Done with it all. It seemed almost impossible to escape it and being alone didn’t help the cause either.

That is until you met Alucard. He was the first to comfort you. To tell you to keep your head up. That the words you hear from your mother shouldn’t get to your head.

Yes, there were times you snapped at him when you couldn’t take it anymore but, Alucard didn’t take it personally. He was willing to listen whenever you were ready. And he did keep his word.

Every time you would come over, and all you gave him was silence, Alucard knew what was wrong. He would escort you inside, make sure you were comfortable on his couch, make some tea and just wait for you.

He was too good of a man, so patient, loving, and willing to give you his shoulder whenever you were feeling down. You were blessed to call him yours and he the same with you. His hugs were always warm and welcoming, his kind and gentle words swayed you to be more uplifting, and his kisses...you treasured each one.

The phone calls you both had after that was the ones you cherished. After your rant, Alucard was always willing to tell you all the positive things about you. You knew you loved your mother, and you knew she loved you but, you hated the words she would spew at you.

You could even say that Alucard was your safe haven whenever you had a bad day he was either a ten minute drive away or a phone call away. Whatever the case, he was there for you. And you wished for nothing more than just that.

What’s dinner like with the son of Dracula?

-He likes to cook honestly, he knows he is going to be alive for a long time so, he at least has one thing to do

-Everytime he goes out to search for food, he takes a basket with him

-His father’s library is full of books so, I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of cookbooks in there

-With the little resources of food he can salvage or while finding food in the forest he searches for any type of spices that would go great with his meal

-He’s probably baked once or twice but, that’s about it

-A glass of wine is a must when it comes to dinner

-Alucard often reflects on the past when he eats dinner

Betrayed

Here’s Part 5! Please comment and like and reblog!

The first strike was made by Trevor, as the man snapped his whip to hit the dhampir in the face. But, even when struck, Alucard’s reaction gave Trevor, a weird vibe. It was like the feeling of pain didn’t exist, all the whip did was make his head turn to the left. Blood, cascaded down the left side of his face and Trevor raised both whips again and charged at the golden haired man.

Raising his hand Alucard used his telepathy to raise Trevor in the air and fling his body into one of the pillars in the courtroom. With his quick reflexes, Trevor twists his body to land his feet on the pillar and used the soles of his feet and bounce off the pillar and give him enough time to have his leather whip wrap around Alucard’s leg.

Finally, landing on his feet, Trevor pulls the wrapped leather and is able to trip the dhampir and then twirl the whip to wrap around his neck. Alucard again made no move to try and stop him, as Trevor continued to wrap his whip around his entire being.

“It seems you’re not in a talking mood,” Trevor grunted as he continued to wrap his whip around Alucard.

“Usually, you have a lot of shit to say, vampire.” he continued to taunt. Even though the two didn’t get along, they have a mutual respect with one another, and what Trevor was witnessing, quite disturbed him. The Alucard that he spent travelling with is a completely different person right now. He was not in a good place right now.

When he felt that his whip was wrapped tight around the half vampire, he pulled on the slack of the whip, to hold him there.

“This whip has been blessed by Holy Water, your skin will begin to burn, is this how you want things to end, vampire?!” Trevor bellowed at Alucard. Again he said nothing to Trevor.

“To die like a coward?! Is this what you want to be remembered by? What about the people who care about you? What about Esmé?!” he continued to fuss and something inside of Alucard snapped.

The memories from all those months ago came rushing back to him, even that night...that night when he betrayed by humans he thought he could trust.

That night’s events kept replaying in his mind, and Alucard’s eyes went red as he roared out an angered cry, startling Trevor. The sound of skin burning grew in volume as the vampire, moved his bound hand to grab the whip. Pulling the leather over his torso, Alucard was able to free his upper body and was able to wrap the whip around his wrist. The look he gave Trevor was an unsettling one.

“Fuck.” Trevor swore.

“There was one night, when he came to my cell...he was wearing a long sleeved shirt but, it was thin enough for me to see...these markings...they looked like they hadn’t healed properly. He would even grunt whenever he walked as if he was being burned, and the way his eyes are so distant whenever he would stare at me...it’s like he was...somewhat hesitant.” Esmé told Sypha, and the Speaker magician felt her friend’s pain.

Sypha couldn’t help but feel guilty about leaving Alucard alone after the defeat of Dracula, she should have known that he was grieving and leaving him alone was not a good idea. Even Esmé knew it was not a good idea, after the first few days, there was this weird ache in her chest, a gnawing feeling that something was wrong.

“We will help him,” Sypha grabbed her hands and squeezed them in reassurance.

“But you cannot fight, you must have been fighting Alucard for hours, I’m surprise to see you still standing.” Sypha said.

“No, I have to go back!” Esmé said stubbornly, standing to her feet. With such quick action, Esmé grabbed the side of the wagon, feeling the exhaustion take it’s toll Sypha frowned sadly.

“I’m sorry, but, you can’t risk going back in there! Alucard’s not in the right mind to be around any humans.” The sound of glass breaking made Sypha turn her attention back to the castle. She needed to help Trevor. She then looked to where the Belmont Estate once stood and she turned back to a panting Esmé.

“Esmé, for your safety, you need to go to the Belmont Hold and hide there. Alucard is willing to get you back and we can’t let that happen.” Sypha told the woman who looked up at her with bewilderment.

“What?! You can’t be serious!” Esmé said as Sypha used her powers to bring out the water that was left in the pouch. The water wrapped around Esmé and Sypha quickly hardened it to ice and bind her arms to her sides. Esmé looked at Sypha in shock.

“Sypha! You can’t do this!” Esmé struggled to move her arms against the ice and Sypha began to push her towards the Belmont Hold.

“I’m sorry Esmé,” she said taking a peek at the castle once more as she continued pushing Esmé towards the old estate.

“But, this is for the best.”
