Summary: Junhong has an idea that can hardly be surpassed in madness. You agree, but this Halloween will be a lot scarier than you could’ve ever imagine. Because this idea is less crazy than what's yet to come.
“Wanna make out in a graveyard?”
What a stupid, really stupid idea. You knew Junhong for so many years now and still he was able to surprise you over and over again. You didn't knew what to reply at first but you ended up here anyway. In his arms, kissing like lovelorn teenagers on a fucking spooky graveyard.
“Are you scared?” he asked between sweet kisses. He chuckled while he looked at you totally amused about your behavior. Well, at least he was having fun.
“That's not funny. Don't you think this is kind of... awkward?”
“Of course it is. But isn't that our thing?”
You frowned because he made you speechless all over again. Junhong just laughed while he watched you reacting to his words. What the hell was so funny about that? Yes, maybe it was kind of thrilling but you were a little confused why he didn't seem to be scared at all. Not even a little bit.
He took advantage of your confusion to kiss you again, this time much deeper and passionate than before. With this, all the doubts and that bad feeling deep inside your stomach was gone. It was still a new and fascinating sensation to kiss your best friend and you asked yourself if you'd ever get used to it one day. A part of you hoped you wouldn't.
Junhong pulled you onto his lap, wrapping his arms around your torso while his lips were still on yours. You moaned against his lips before his tongue found it's way into your mouth to play with yours. He leaned against the tombstone behind him and you followed his movement. His hand moved under the hem of your costume to push it up, while he stroke your back with the palm of his hand. Your lower bodies ground against each others as a soft moan slipped upon his lips.
That's when he suddenly pulled away, hiding his face from you. His breathing went fast and for a moment you thought it was because of this heated kiss you just had, but soon you realize it was something very different.
The moon was shining bright, spending enough light to see what was going on in front of you. You saw it, but you couldn't quite believe it. Even if Junhong was trying to hide his face, you managed to take a glimpse at it.
“Y-your eyes, what’s happening to your eyes?”
You were scared and so you jumped up quickly to take some distance from him. Even if you knew him for so long, you knew that you should be afraid right now. Something was very wrong with him, you just felt it.
A few seconds you just heard his heavy breathing, your body tried to tell you to run but you couldn't make any move. You just stood there, staring at the person who once was your best friend and was now your boyfriend. But now you weren't so sure anymore who, or maybe what, he really was.
As he stood up his breath was slower again and it seemed as if he regained full control over himself again. Junhong looked at you with this strange expression in his eyes. He wanted to show you that you shouldn't be afraid of him, but your body was trembling already.
He took a step towards you, but you went two steps back. “No, don't come any closer!”
“Y/N, you don't have to be afraid. It's me!” he begged, hoping you would calm down again so he could explain everything to you. He wanted to do so for a long time, but he never got the chance. Not until now and he just hoped it wouldn't be too late.
The clouds upon the sky moved and soon the moon was shining brighter than ever. That's when you saw it. You heart skipped a beat, it felt like it would stop beating forever. Your blood froze in your veins as you read the name on the tombstone behind Junhong.
“What the -”
Panic spread out in you and this time you ran off as fast as you could. You ran and ran, but as your legs got tired and you were sure he wasn't following you, you stopped to gasp for air. You leaned forward and supported yourself with the hands on your knees to breathe deeply. Closing your eyes you tried to adjust the confusing thoughts in your head. What the hell just happened? Was this a nightmare?
Shakily you stood up again and jerked in shock as he suddenly stood in front of you again. His large frame scared the hell out of you even if you knew him inside out. At least that's what you thought.
“Please, don't be scared. I won't hurt you!”
“What the hell is going on? Why does that grave had your name on it?” you asked screaming.
“It's... a long story.” He took a step towards you again and this time you didn't make a move. Junhong seemed to be normal again, even if you knew he probably wasn't normal at all. But it was enough for you to stay, at least in that moment. He was still your boyfriend. At least you hoped he was. Somehow.
“I'll explain everything to you, if you really want to know.” His hand reached out for yours and you just let him touch you. A part of you was still scared, but you loved him too much to be really terrified. “But you probably won't believe me.”
“Junhong, spill it!”
He smirked, while his thumb stroke the back of your hand, because he knew you wouldn't run away again. You loved him as much as he loved you. “First I have to admit, I'm a little sad about how you reacted. Somehow I thought you were a lot cooler.” he chuckled.
“Are you serious?” you asked, trying to hide the light grin on your face. “I just found out my best friend and the love of my life isn’t human and you’re criticizing me for being shocked?!”

Junhong and you? Impossible! You're a little older than him and on top of that you've known each other for so many years. But who would have thought that one day things would get that complicated between the two of you? Soon your close friendship is put to a hard test and suddenly nothing is as it was before. How do you want to handle this and what does Daehyun have to do with all of that? CHAPTER 1 | CHAPTER 2 | CHAPTER 3
Chapter 4: Temporarily, you've moved in with Junhong. A new everyday life develops very quickly and soon becomes routine. Even if things are still a bit awkward sometimes, you just enjoy spending more time together again and Daehyun is almost forgotten. Almost.
The first night at Junhong's was kind of weird. You couldn't really tell what it was, but there was this awkward feeling again, that came up in his kitchen earlier and again you had no idea what was happening. Junhong wanted to offer his bedroom to you, but you just laughed and shook your head. Why was this such a big deal now? You've slept there countless times and often enough you fell asleep together on the couch or even in his bed.
In the end it was the couch on which you slept again, your head resting on his chest since you fell asleep while you're watching TV. The next morning you woke up alone and you needed a moment to realize where you were and what was going on. But as soon as you heard Junhong cursing in his kitchen, you remembered everything. You laughed as you slowly sat up, feeling every bone in your body because of that stupid couch you have slept on.
Mochi, who laid on your belly, woke up too and looked at you wagging his tail. “Good morning, Mochi” you said softly, picking him up to snuggle him. “What is your daddy doing over there? Shall we take a look?” He barked as an answer and hopped off the couch to ran straight into the kitchen and you followed him still a little drowsy.
“Fuck, shit!”
As you entered the kitchen you heard a loud noise that sounded like something just broke. You giggled silently, but Junhong heard you anyway and as he turned around, he almost dropped a plate.
“Good morning to you too” you said laughing while you tried to figure out what he was doing. He was a terrible cook so what the hell was he even thinking?
“Sorry” he replied and blushed a little, obviously being embarrassed by himself. “Good morning. Did you sleep well?” He turned around again to take care of the food in the pan in front of him, but the smell of it already told you it was too late for that.
“What exactly are you doing there?”
“I'm making pancakes.” He coughed slightly, looking at the mess he made. “Well... at least I was trying.”
Still laughing, you walked over to look at it too but you just frowned. “That's supposed to be pancakes? Were you trying to poison me?”
Junhong had to laugh too as he nudged you softly, he was still embarrassed by all of this. He just wanted to make some nice breakfast for you, since you looked like an innocent angel sleeping next to him. His heart fluttered, as he thought of this picture and he had a big smile on his face while he was looking at you.
“Hmm, maybe?”
He flinched as you gave him a friendly slap and pushed him sway. "You better make some coffee, at least you can't burn it. I'll try to fix the pancake problem."
The first few days went smooth and without any problem. Junhong agreed that you would cook for both of you during your stay with him, even though he was a little disappointed that his surprise had gone down so badly.
Also the bed problem solved itself quite fast, although differently than you would've guessed. When you fell asleep on the couch, Junhong carried you into the bedroom, covered you up and laid himself on the couch instead. The first morning you were irritated, but after it happened again and he didn't want to be dissuaded, you just accepted it. Somehow it was pretty sweet of him to care so much and to be honest it was far too nice to worry about it.
Most time of the day you were alone with Mochi, since Junhong and the boys had a lot of work to do, but that didn't bother you at all. When he came home, the two of you ate together and took Monchi for a walk afterwards. It quickly became some kind of routine and soon you two were already looking forward to the following evening all day long.
Unfortunately the thoughts of Daehyun came back while you were all by yourself and you thought about him a lot while you're alone. You wondered if he mentioned anything to the boys. Did Junhong know about this? Probably not, otherwise he'd have said something to you and make fun of you and tease you if he knew about this. He was still young and probably wouldn't even understand that you're feeling awkward after almost kissing Daehyun. How wrong you were.
Today you were a little nervous since Junhong texted you and asked if you could pick him up after work. You were afraid to see Daehyun again, but you already knew you had to face him sooner or later. Probably it wasn't the worst to do this rather sooner than later.
You were almost disappointed as Junhong wrote that he had to stay a little longer because he still had something to do. You took a deep breath and just realized that you probably worried too much and for nothing. You wouldn't have to face him today.
On your way to the studio you just noticed that you were incredibly relieved and not disappointed at all. You probably fooled yourself when you thought you could handle to see Daehyun again.
The next moment your fears were confirmed as he really stood in front of you. You had already seen him from afar, just as he had seen you, so that was the only reason you didn't turn around immediately. The only thing that was even more pathetic than getting out of his way was beeing watched by him while you’re trying to go out of his way.
“Hey Daehyun” you greeted him, after there was this awkward silence for a moment.
You both stood there, not knowing what to say or what to do, so it took a while for him to reply something. First there was this smile that blew you away immediately, but you managed to act normal.
“Glad to see you again, Y/N”, he said, trying to sound as cool as possible.
You just smiled, hoping the ground would open up beneath you and simply swallow you. This awkward moment should end as soon as possible, even if you secretly wish Daehyun would say something about the almost-kiss. Anything. But he didn't.
“You're here for Junhong, aren't you? He's still inside but almost done with everything.”
“Okay, thanks... I guess.”
You walk up the stairs and had almost opened the door as Daehyun called your name. Slowly you turned around to him again, while you heart was beating faster and faster.
He came up to you, one hand running through his hair. “Because of this thing the other day... I just wanted to say that...” You were listening closely, but he got interrupted by Junhong, who came out just this second.
“There you are!” he said cheerfully, pulling you in a deep hug without any warning. You hugged him back but cursed him quietly for his fucking timing. Couldn't he shown up five minutes later?
“Where else should I be?”
As Junhong pulled away, you looked back to Daehyun who was obviously uncomfortable with this situation. “Uhm, yeah, I gotta go. Have fun, see ya!” And in the blink of an eye he was gone.
“What was that?”, Junhong asked chuckling.
You still looked in the direction Daehyun had gone, just shrugging your shoulders. Damn, you're dying to know what he wanted to tell you. But now it was your turn to talk to him about it because he probably wouldn't try so fast anymore.
“Are you ready?”
You looked up to Junhong, who was grinning all over his face. “For...?” you asked wondering. He didn't tell you why you should pick him up so you were kind of surprised now that he seemed to have real plans for tonight.
“Let's go get something to eat. I'll treat you!”
You just laughed because that was your way of reacting to things you didn't know how to react to at all. “Well, I hope you've got enough money.”
He laughed too, walking near beside you. Of course you didn't understand that he wanted to call it a date, but he was too afraid to ask anyway. So he just imagined it would be a real date without saying anything else because that was enough for him, at least right now.
It's been an incredibly nice evening, as usual lately. You laughed a lot, ordered different dishes and tasted food from each other. In addition, Junhong tried again and again to flirt with you a little, which you noticed but didn't take seriously. You thought this was one of his stupid jokes again, so you went for it. Somehow it was quite funny and it made you forget about Daehyun. Again.
You were on your way home when you passed a bar with loud music that you could even hear on the street. Junhong, who always tried to put an arm around you, hid his hands in his pockets again as you looked up at him.
“Uh, I love that song! Let's sit down for a moment” you said, pointing at the bench right next to you.
“I have a better idea”, Junhong replied and used your confusion to reach out for your wrist, pulling you closer and swirl you around. Instead of sitting and bobbing to the beat of the music you were dancing to it.
After you realized what was happening here, you laughed and threw your head back in amusement. "Junhong, what are you doing?"
He wasn't answering, but he did his best to make you laugh again and again. Dancing with you was always so much fun but this time it was different and he was sure you'd feel it this time. That there was more between you than friendship and that this moment was very special. And yes, you really did. But you had so much fun that you didn't waste any second to think about it. You just lived the moment and this moment was absolutely perfect.
As he song ended you both were totally out of breath from all the laughing and crazy dancing, but you were happy as hell. Still giggling you looked up to Junhong who had his arms wrapped around you. He returned that look and blushed lightly as your eyes interlocked. In this moment he wanted nothing more than to kiss you. But he didn't.
He was a coward and on top of that he didn't want to destroy this beautiful moment with something like that. What would he do if you didn't return the kiss? If you slapped him in the face or just ran away? He just didn't want to take that risk, no matter how perfect this chance was. So he slowly lowered his arms, but not without crossing his fingers with yours.
"Thank you for a lovely evening" you said, even though it was more of a whisper. He grinned widely, you just made him so happy in this moment. But the next thing you said brought him back to reality as it hit him like a train;
"And thank you for being such an incredibly good friend."
A/N: I’m sorry it took that long to continue this story, but things got kind of complicated while I wrote this. I needed to overthink ad re-organize a lot, but I finally made it. The next few days I will add a specific masterlist for this series, so it is easier for you to read every single part. Also; feedback is always welcome. I hope you enjoy the new part. 💕

Chapter 3: Things get more complicated as you meet Daehyun a few days later. Everything seems to get out of control and as if that isn’t enough, the next surprise is waiting for you at home.
A few days later you visited the boys in their studio again. This time you wanted to surprise them, so you brought nothing with you or told anyone about it. In this moment you asked yourself if this was the best idea, since there were no voices or music as you entered the building. You took a look at your smartphone to check date and time, but you were sure they should’ve been here by that time.
“Oh, hey Y/N!”, you were greeted, as you entered the next room. You recognized this voice instantly and your heart skipped a beat as you saw Daehyun at the end of the room. He smiled at you and his happy face was reason enough for you to smile too – as always.
“Hey!” You looked around, searching for the others, but you couldn’t find anybody else. “Are you alone? Where is the rest of you?”
He nodded, grabbed his bottle and came to you. “The boys left early. So I practiced a little by myself.” His smile got bigger as he tilted his head, still looking at you. “Why? Am I not enough for you?”
“Of course!”, you replied faster then you could think about it. You blushed a little, trying to hide your embarrassment.
Daehyun laughed out loud, shaking his head in amusement. He took a big sip of his water and threw it back to where it was before.
“Show me what you’re working on”, you demand quickly, to change the subject.
He thought about it for a second, not knowing what he should reply. “I’m not sure if you can handle that”, he said laughing while he gave you this suggestive look you saw on his face for the first time.
You raised an eyebrow, crossing your arms in front of you chest. You felt challenged, so you wanted to proof him wrong. “Oh, I think I can!”
“On your responsibility!” He winked at you and turned on the music.
As the melody started you already lost your confidence. Could you really handle that? You weren’t so sure anymore, now that he started to dance. You swallowed, trying to keep cool but it wasn’t that easy. The way he rolled his hips and the way he was looking into the mirror was too much for you. You recognized that look on his face a few times now, it was his ‘stage-face’ as you called it. There was such an intense, breathtaking gaze on his beautiful face, it nearly blew you away every time.
It seemed as if he was in another dimension while he was singing and dancing. And so were you, since you stood there completely speechless and daydreaming about any possible and impossible scenario where he would only sing for you. Where the two of you would dance together, feeling each others body on your own…
The music stopped and you were still in deep thoughts. Daehyun smirked while he was watching you. He knew he won this game although the way you looked at him was kind of fascinating for him. You just stood there, looking at him, appreciating how handsome he was. You didn’t even realized that something was different now. He came to you slowly, not taking his eyes off of you. It seemed as if you were trapped in that other dimension and there was no escape.
Your eyes interlocked and for a moment you just stood there looking deep into each others eyes. You held your breath without even noticing it and the next moment his face approached yours. Slowly and gently you close your eyes waiting to feel his soft, full lips on yours.
That’s when his phone rang what made your bodies twitch. He took a step back, his eyes widened as he realized what almost happened between the two of you.
“Sorry”, he said, turning away from you to answer that call.
You body was shaking, as you just stared at his back. Tears came up in your eyes so you turned away, too. There was this pain spreading all over your stomach up to your heart and your throat was dry as dust.
“I need to go!”
Daehyun turned around again, but you were already gone. He just stared to the door you disappeared through, unable to move or run after you.
On your way home, you still tried to handle the situation. What the hell just happened? Daehyun almost kissed you, didn’t he? You heart was pounding like crazy inside your chest and you were breathing unsteady. You didn’t really know what to think, but you needed to leave this place because you were too afraid to talk to him about it. So you did the first thing that came into your mind: you ran away!
As you were back home, you calmed down a little, but you could already tell that something was wrong. You had a bad feeling as you opened the door but you couldn’t tell why. Not until you entered your apartment, because that’s when you stumbled in to your next problem.
Your apartment floor was wet and there was water coming out of the bathroom, not much but enough to cause trouble. You got rid of your shoes and slipped through the hallway, directly to the bathroom to take a look at the mess. Obviously it was a water damage, but you couldn’t tell exactly where it was coming from.
Great. As if this wasn’t the worst day already, now it definitely was. Actually you wanted to hide in your bed, eat a lot of ice cream and watch some badly cheesy love stories, pitying yourself. Seemed as if your plans needed to change.
You called the caretaker, to report your problem. 20 minutes later he arrived to take a closer look into your bathroom. That’s when you texted Junhong, hoping he would have any idea what to do now.
Half an hour later, you were in his kitchen, desperately looking for something to eat.
“Is there even the slightest chance to find something else than ramen?”, you asked Junhong who stood right behind you. He smirked, watching closely what you were doing.
“Not really.”
You sighed as you took a look in the fridge, hoping and praying to find some vegetables and luckily your prayers have been answered. It wasn’t that much, but it would be enough to make something delicious.
You were starving, so you suggested to cook something instead of ordering pizza again. Junhong wasn’t that excited, but he agreed, probably because he knew how empty his fridge was.
While you were cutting the vegetables, Junhong was taking care of the ramen themselves. He wasn’t a big cook, so he was busy enough following the instructions on the package. It was kind of funny that he still had to read them, since he did them nearly a thousand times himself. Sometimes you wondered if he was just living from one delivery service to another.
“You kitchen is bullying me!”, you whined. After everything was prepared, you just wanted to add some spices. However, they were on the top shelf, which was simply not accessible. At least not for you.
He chuckled, coming over to you and reaching out for the spices. You felt his body in your back and for some reason it was… awkward. It wasn’t like you’d never been that close before, quite the opposite, but you could’ve sworn something was different anyway. Maybe it was Junhong who caused this, because his body was going crazy while he stood that close to you. The smell of your hair tickled his nose and made his heart beat faster and faster.
The next second that moment was gone and none of you even said a single word. Instead, your stomach was rumbling loudly what made you both laugh.
“Ordering pizza would have been a lot faster, by the way”, he said winking but you just rolled your eyes.
After dinner, you got a call to let you know what exactly happened in your apartment. In fact it wasn’t just your apartment, but four more, all of them surrounding yours. He told you the water pipe broke and it would probably take a while for the problem to be solved.
You threw your phone on the table and sighed glumly. Rubbing your temples you were thinking about the next few weeks and how you could handle all of that. Junhong, who’s watching you, raised an eyebrow, waiting for you to tell him what happened. He put his hand on your leg to stroke it gently, trying to calm you down.
“The water pipe broke. It’ll take weeks to fix this!”
“Shit”, he said, his eyes widened.
Mochi, who just came running to you, barked and you lifted him up to snuggle him. “What am I supposed to do now?”, you asked Mochi. You had no idea what to do now, you didn’t even realize what had happened today. You totally forgot about Daehyun and probably that was your luck, but you had real trouble to handle all of that subconsciously.
“Well, uhm – you can stay here, if you want”, Junhong answered, trying to keep cool. He had trouble to stay calm, but you didn’t recognized that, as always.
“Are you serious?”
He shrugged his shoulders and smiled his unique Junhong smile. “Sure.”
You flung your arms around his neck, pulling him closer to you and hug the shit out of him. “You’re the best!”
He blushed a little, but hugged you back. Secretly he enjoyed this closeness more than he should, but he couldn’t help himself. Things were different to him, but how would you know?

You’re invited to a party and having a lot of fun, until something happens that will change everything. You fell for him a long time ago but always tried to hide your feelings. This evening you can no longer hide it... You just can’t belive what he’s doing there. Why?
Late in the evening you sit together with some friends talking about everything and anything. Music plays in the background, drowning out peoples conversations. It should be a nice evening among friends and you are happy you've been invited by them. The fact that Junhong himself invited you made it even better. You fell for him a long time ago, but you never told anyone about it. Especially not him.
Right now you are sitting with Daehyun, Jongup and Yongguk and you are having a absolutely great time. While the boys are talking about a topic you can't take part in, you let your eyes wander over the limited number of people. At first you think nothing of it, but soon find out that you are looking for someone specific.
Youngjae and Himchan are filling up their drinks, handing out beer bottles, glasses or other stuff to a few other guests, others are talking extensively or dancing to the beat of the music. But you can't see him anywhere. Your heart becomes heavy for a moment, but the next moment you are addressed by Yongguk.
"Are you all right?" he asks as he realizes something's obviously bothering you. He got up from his seat to sit right next to you. Otherwise you'd had a hard time understanding each other because of the background sound.
It takes a moment to sort his words in your head until you understand what he just asked. Then you nod and smile sincerely. "Sure. Everything's fine," you answer and actually mean it exactly like that. But your face doesn't seem very convinced, because you still look a little sad.
"You Sure? You look kind of... absent."
Your smile gets a little brighter because you're so overwhelmed by Yongguk worrying about you. "Yes, really. It's sweet of you to ask, but it's not worth mentioning. Honestly."
"Okay," he says and leans back in his seat smiling. "By the way, I'm really glad you made it today."
You brush a strand of hair behind your ear and look down for a moment, because you don't quite know how to react to this. It means a lot to you that your friends enjoy your company so much. And the fact that Yongguk also talks about it means a lot more to you. After all, the boys are busy and don't have that much time for parties and stuff. That's one of the reasons you couldn't stay away that night. You barely see the six of them and you miss everyone so badly. Especially Junhong.
When you look up again, you see him. Junhong comes back from the terrace and for a moment your glances cross. But then he looks down to the floor avoiding any further eye contact. You watch him join the dancing group and start to move his body.
Yongguk didn't notice much of your absence because he was distracted by Daehyun for a moment. It's probably better that way, otherwise he might have noticed what - or more specific who - distracted you so much. And you don't want anyone to know.
However, the conversation goes in a different direction without any inconvenient questions. You're having a great conversation and so much fun. He tells funny stories about the time on tour or at TV-shows and you have to laugh about every single one of them. You listen to him carefully and try to imagine everything, but you can't. That makes it even funnier and you can hardly get out of laughter for a short time.
After a while you look back to Junhong, who is still busy dancing. You didn't realize he kept looking at you and watching you. So you can't imagine why he's giving you the cold shoulder now. Because he doesn't pay any attention to you anymore at all.
This time, however, your secret staring isn't unnoticed, because both, Yongguk and Jongup, see exactly who you're looking at. You probably don't know, but they all know about your secret crush.
"Y/N, are you still there?", Yongguk ask amused, waving the palm of his hand in front of your eyes.
You clear your throat and look down on your hands. You're a little uncomfortable, after all, you didn't want anyone to know about your secret feelings. You don't want anything to change between you, especially not between you and Junhong.
"Are you going to him by yourself, or should I pick you up and carry you?"
With big eyes you look at Yongguk as he begins to laugh. Apparently, you took his words a little literally but then you have to laugh too. You just can't figure out what's different that night. You've been in love with Junhong for so long, yet no one has noticed. Somehow you have always managed not to show your feelings. At least that's what you thought. For various reasons the easiest thing for you was to pretend that these feelings never exist.
"I'll go," you mumble nervously and rise from your seat.
Yongguk gives you a thumbs up and cheers you up. You take another deep breath and look back at Junhong as you were about to leave. But your body doesn't make any move as you see, what he's doing there.
His body is still moving to the beat of the music and normally that would fascinate you all over again, but not right now. Because he's not dancing alone, a woman you don't know is dancing in front of him. They are dancing that close it just looks as if they rub their bodies against each other.
Your heart bursts into tiny little pieces and you run away out of the next door onto the terrace. Surprised and worried at the same time Yongguk looks after you. Then his look wanders to the youngest member who makes him roll his eyes. No way he's doing something so stupid!
“Such an idiot”, he mumbles what makes Daehyun and Jongup look up to him. They also watch the show and shake their heads in disbelief. Apparently everyone knows about your (not so secret) feelings. Everyone but him.
Yongguk grabs him by his shoulders and pulls him aside. “What exactly are you doing here?”, he asks and raises an eyebrow.
“What do you mean?”
“Don't play dumb, you know what I'm talking about. That show you're doing with F/N.”
Junhong sighs heavily and shrugs his shoulders. “We're just... dancing”, he mumbles and scratches his head in embarrassment. He thought it would be a way to show himself it didn't bothered him to see you with Yongguk being so close. But in fact... it did. A lot.
“That's what you call dancing? Looks like some kind of soft porn to me!”
“Why do you care?”, the younger asks stubbornly. He may have grown up but the difference in age between the two of them is too obvious sometimes.
“Don't you care about Y/N's feelings at all?”
The grin disappears from his face as Junhong hears your name. “Why? What is wrong with her? She seemed to be doing just fine with you!”, he says, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
Now it's up to Yongguk to sigh. He shakes his head in disbelief and laughs. “Are you really that stupid?”
“What did you just say?”
“What the hell you think you saw? Y/N's only had eyes for you the whole evening, you dumb-ass!”, Yongguk scolds and shakes his head again. “Please tell me you aren't that blind.”
Again Junhong's silent, not knowing what to say at all. Was he really as blind as Yongguk just said? He always only had eyes for you and didn't notices you liked him back? Did he really miss that? No, it can't be!
“She's on the terrace.” With these words Yongguk turns away and goes back to his other friends. He really can't believe there was this kind of misunderstanding. Why was he thinking there's something between the two of you? You only were talking and having fun, nothing more. Seems as if Junhong has still a lot to learn.
The fresh night wind blows as you close your eyes and take a deep breath. Your fingers grip the railing and literally cling to it. In your mind's eye, the scene just happens over and over again. It hurts a little more every time you see the picture of Junhong and this woman. Your hands start to shake and your eyes are still closed as he steps outside. So you don't even realize that you're no longer alone.
Once he clears his throat you open your eyes and freeze in your movement. You don't need to turn around to know it's Junhong who's standing behind you.
You don't even try to hide your disappointment since he'll probably recognize it anyway, even if he probably didn't know why. At least you hope so.
"Y/N?" he asks carefully and comes one step closer. "Are you all right?"
You shake your head because somehow you can't believe he's asking you this question. So much for that he would recognize it... You feel anger and disappointment growing in you, but you try to control yourself. Unfortunately, you don't succeed at all and it suddenly bursts out of you.
"No, Junhong, I'm not okay. You think I didn't see your show in there? Everyone saw you dirty dancing in there. And everyone saw how much it hurts me to see the two of you like that. Now everyone knows! Yongguk knows, Jongup knows and Daehyun certainly knows. And then it won't be long before Youngjae and Himchan find out about it too. So is everyone else. And then -"
"They know what?", Junhong interrupts your flood of words, upsetting you even more.
"That I love you, you moron!"
For the moment there is silence between the two of you. He obviously seems to be overwhelmed by this information, you can almost see how it rotates inside his brain.
"You... what?"
You sigh heavily and fight the tears that come up. Probably that's the worst way to respond to your confession. But honestly that was the worst way to confess your feelings for him so you are not surprised he reacted like that.
Just as you are about to leave, Junhong holds you back by your wrist and pulls you towards him. With momentum you fall into his arms and get pressed close to his body. You're holding your breath, completely overwhelmed the feeling of his body being so close to yours.
With his Hand he gently raises your head so you can look at him. There is so much love and desire in his look it almost knocks you out. Could it be...?
He softly puts his lips on yours and every thought is blown away. A strong tingling rises in your stomach, spreading all over your body and let your heart pound like crazy against your chest.
You warap your arms around his neck and stand on tiptoes so you can get closer to him. Junhong is such a giant that he has to bend down to you, although you make yourself as big as you can.
The kiss is full of love, so gentle and timid. He's flashed just like you and can't really believe what's happening right now. With this kiss he shows you how much he responds to your feelings and how much he longs for you.
He carefully bumps his tongue against your lips and you open them a little. When your tongues meet, a little fireworks explodes inside you. Junhong kisses you so gently and at the same time so longingly that it takes your breath away completely.
After what seemed like an eternity, you separate and land back on your heels. A little dizzy, you lean against his chest and snuggle up to him, still not understanding what is happening.
"I love you too. Since I first met you," he whispers and hugs you as hard as he can. "I'm sorry. From now on, I'll never hurt you again. I promise!"
