It's so soft and it makes me tear up, and then I always start bawling at this part:

“There’s a name… I’m afraid to say it. Because if it’s not you—” Link’s swallows hard and lets out a hollow laugh. “It’s not you. I know it’s not. Why would it be? How could it—”

And then I just continue crying until the end. I love it soooo much 😭❤

I love that part too (with the soft hi). The funny thing is that when I think about that fic, I think about you. 🥰

Also, that whole fic was originally very different. I'm glad I kept tinkering with it!

That's one of my personal favorites too. 💜 I can see it so clearly in my head. It was one of the first scenes I knew I wanted to include in the fic.
