How do I get back to the times where I was able to read books in just a few days instead of a few months? I MISS those times. Still love reading but I feel like I don't have the same focus anymore and it sucks, since I love escaping reality by reading.

Planning myself a little Christmas reading marathon for next week. Hoping to maybe include a mini 24-hr one within it, but haven't yet decided on the day. I let the holidays, travel and eating whatever I want compromise my training. It's a new week and the 2nd of the new year. Holiday's are behind me and it's time to regroup. My workouts up until Saturday were suffering, but the good news is I am pulling myself out! We can't go back and make sucky workouts less sucky, so take those as a lesson and move forward.
