Can I just start with the fact that literally you just give off such good and lovely vibes?? Like holy moly I already am grinning ear to ear and I could just feel this cool touch to my cards when shuffling and maybe the song helps, but literally you put off such lovely energy. I think that definitely reflects this reading for sure because the Knight of Cups is such a nice card to get! Let's go ahead and see what your Higher Self wants to let you know.
I'll go ahead and break down the Cups suit first before really digging at the meaning of the card itself because I feel like not only is this a building block to help you get a better understanding of what is being said, but it could help in future readings you may get too.
The Cups suit as a whole is of the element of Water. This suit deals a lot with emotions, love, relationships (remember, it does not always have to romantic), and connections. Symbolic of fluidity, intuition, healing, cleansing and feelings/emotions, the water-based Cups holds a lot of power whether you have a serene stream or a raging tide. It ultimately is up to you how you let the waves go.
The Knight of Cups though? This is a card that talks of romance, charm, imagination, beauty, and creativity. This is the knight in shining armor type aka the classic romantic image. While this is a nice card to see in romantic situations, I feel that we should examine the other aspects of the Knight of Cups where we view the creative and passionate side that loves all things beauty. If perhaps you are involved with a creative outlet or project you feel called to do, I would say this is a message to take action and get into what your passions are.
You thrive on beautiful and inspiring things, why hold yourself back from that? Your imagination and passion cannot thrive unless action is taken. As the meme goes: "Don't let your dreams be dreams!" This reading brings nothing but positivity and good vibes, literally so happy to see these cards all mixed together. As you can see we have Woad, Mandrake and Bramble. Woad is such a lovely card, even in its reversal it’s sweet – b u t what this card is doing right now is basically celebrating your new sense of freedom from who you once were. It shows us you’re strong, you’re lovely and you’re finally seeing the beauty in the world and around yourself / in yourself as well. So hats off to you, that’s awesome. As we move on to the Mandrake it’s a positive card but it’s also a cautionary card as well. As you move on in this year you will have better luck in life and with the career thing it does touch on you will have great earnings in your job - BUT don’t become to obsessive over your work life, all work and no play makes anyone a dull person (if you don’t know what I’m referencing there it’s from The Shining)Lastly we see Bramble. Bramble is basically a stubborn person who is rooted in their ways and what this card is reminding you of is to not backtrack on all the progression you’ve made - it may seem difficult at times and it may be easier to see the darkness and negatives rather than the other side but it is important that in those times of darkness we stay true to what we’re wanting to achieve and get through it.
