Four Life Goals: Acquire a couple of kids. Have a job I really enjoy. Maintain my unholy sisterhood with Tess until we die, probably doing something stupid together. Be comfortable being myself.
Five Things I Like: Writing. Music. Kids in general, Tess’s specifically. Geeking out over psychology and behavior. Figuring out how to make Excel do something cool.
Six Weaknesses: Not saying no, even when I really should. Time management. Letting myself spiral instead of admitting I need help. Agreeing with someone just because I don’t want to fight, even if I know I’m right. Extremely easily enabled. Trouble processing what people are saying, or why something is supposed to be funny.
Seven Things I Love: My family-by-choice. The complexities of the human mind and human behavior. Seeing a client I’m working with make progress, no matter how small. Feeling like I’m creating something beautiful. Knowing I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be in the universe, part of something bigger than myself. Being able to give someone I love something that makes them happy. The satisfaction of a perfectly crafted sentence.
