So I've been experimenting a lot more in Rebelle 5, and I've also been very inspired by the autumn atmosphere in October.

When I was driving home one day, crossing the valley - it pretty much looked like this and I thought...no way I can catch the impression of this huge mountain disappearing in the clouds on a photo... so I painted it.

Of course I added a Siderian (Torstein), some birbs and some large herbivore pixels in the scene ...because this is very much what the Siderian lands look like, and particularly what they feel like.

Commentary : You guys voted for Aragorn so here he is :D Ngl, best boy with Gandalf in the Lord of The Rings universe ergesg u can't change my mind And Mortensen, the actor, just portrayed him so well. I'm always astonished by the performance of our Danish people out there (looking at your Winding Refn)   Hope you like it :D

Learning to paint with rebelle 5.

I am trying to get into more abstract portrait painting (really hard right now to carve some time out of the day for it), and am also integrating Rebelle more into my workflow, so I combined them both for these two studies - above the originals by Sandy Kossin and Richard Burlet respectively, below my quick studies. I took about an hour for each, which wasn't enough time to get into the fine details, as I still need to figure out if the general idea is for me, or if I should stick with more realism instead.
