Quentin T Rivers, AKA @QWEEZCMG, born on the Southside of Chicago,Il. As a child Quentin was always into music coming from a music family. His mom Sharon Rivers played the piano and had him singing along to music she played. In grammer school Qweezy was in a school choir and played percussion with the Harold Washington Marching Band. Later at the age of 12, Qweezy found a new talent, rapping with older brother Lorenzo Rivers,being the youngest in a group called 9TREY MAFIA. While with the group Qweezy learned,did many shows and performances with a Label called DEAD BOGUS MUSIC. While with DEAD BOGUS MUSIC, 9TREY MAFIA was on two albums that sold many copies in the Chicago area. At the age of 16 Qweezy began to see that this is what he wanted to do and wanted people to hear his talent and voice. Qweezy has always been respectful, humble, and a great listener. Do to a tragic lost of the CEO of DEAD BOGUS MUSIC, 9TREY MAFIA, had to find a new company. At the age of 19 Qweezy brother Lorenzo Rivers formed a label called ROYAL EMPIRE RECORDS. Later turned the group name to REC BOYZ making a mixtape that sold many copies in the Chicago area. While with REC BOYZ, Qweezy was determined to push further and experience the industry;however,Qweezy took it upon himself to reach out to experienced artists such as Felony of Public Announcement, Slique, Will of Day 26, Tommie B. and many others. Later Qweezy took it upon himself to make music himself and use his unique voice and hustle mentality. At the age of 22 Qweezy was getting recognized and gettin followed from his unique voice and style of music. Can't compare his voice but as strong and hard. At the age of 25 Qweezy signed with CEO MUSIC GROUP as a artist. CEO MUSIC GROUP seen sometin in Qweezy that nobody else seen. Qweezy was very excited to be apart of a company that could take him further in the music game and direct him in a great path. Qweezy considers himself as versatile, loves to do all kinds of music. Before signing with CEO MUSIC GROUP, Qweezy lost his mom whom he loved more than life itself, MARCH 30, 2012. Qweezy now wants to make his mom proud because she the reason he started doing music. Qweezy state of mind is to give the public wat they wanna hear, wat his mom tought him "VERSATILITY".
