great breakfast salad easy on the tum:

chicken (crumbed from the night before and chilled overnight)

lettuce, torn

cucumber, thinly ribboned with peeler

blueberries, thrown in whole

tzatziki dressing

Got bored and made a college food recèpe for when I go back to dorms after vacation

I don’t know about you but I wasn’t allowed to have things with heating elements in my dorm but we had two microwaves downstairs in the like lounge area to use anyways here’s the recepe

this is designed to be low budget with stuff you likely have in your fridge maybie and for people without access to lots of utensils

get one flower tortilla

get out some leftover salsa/marinara

spread it on flower tortilla

get leftover cheese (I used shredded mozzarella) spread it over the tortilla

put on toppings (optional) I used pepperoni and Italian seasonings

pop in microwave on a paper plate for 2:40 to 3 minutes

wait for it to cool

fold in half and eat

I used salsa and it was actually really fucking good if it wasn’t so greasy (I hate the way grease makes my mouth and hands feel) I would have probably made a second one. Doesn’t compare to actual pizza but is solid if you’re not in the budget to judge.
