holding your favorite music in your hands is pointless? having a full experience with music is pointless? owning something that’s fully yours and can’t be taken away from you is pointless?

i think yall need to wake up. “eh but physical music can break!” just take good care of it. it’s not that hard, i promise. you can’t fully rely only on spotify.

own music that’s yours forever. it’s worth the money AND!! it doesn’t even cost much if it’s thrifted!!

this take irritates me so much because it comes from an ignorant perspective. in this age we need to own music, and any other type of media.

Got my first MFSL pressing, which I guess officially makes me a true-blue audiophile - and it was only £30! Considering how much MoFi pressings usually go for, I was expecting some big glaring defect, but to my ear it sounds pretty great - definitley better than the Face Dances pressing I already had.
