Even if is says it's recycled. Even if it says it's recyclable. Even if it's colored blue or green.

Including trash bags. (Don't put your recyclables in a trash bag. Dump them out of bags or boxes into the bin. If your recycling is so wet or dirty that you're feeling squeamish about letting it out of the bag, it's too wet and dirty to go in the recycling.)

Items in plastic bags do not get recycled, putting all your efforts to waste. Toss loose recyclables straight into your curbside bin. ♻️
