no fake promises about guaranteed approval, which honestly is a green flag bc no consultancy can actually promise that, it's not up to them
fees and timelines were laid out clearly instead of some surprise "oh btw you owe more" situation later
reddit threads were mostly the standard questions — are they registered, do they reply after you've paid, realistic timelines — nothing sketchy popped up
they've also got a ton of content on ielts, work permit vs pr, documentation etc which usually means they're trying to actually help people understand the process instead of just closing a sale
