Let's pretend this is my contribution for the Halloween ✨

I've been wanting to do something different for a while now, and I'm also super fascinated by the tarot cards, "studying" them in my spare time. Also I've been on a streak of being a major Sebastian fan for now, and I wanted to do something cool, hence this piece was born!!

I'm really happy how this turned out, I tried to give a shot with symbolism, and wanted to make it a 'what if' imagination of a HL-themed tarot card 🤔

This was a great opportunity to try out a different 'artstyle', taking inspiration from the style that tarot cards use, but I'm not too sure is it that much different from my regular style. 🥴🤣 Definitely was a great excuse to try out different tools in CSP though

I've been on some sort of medieval/historic phase rn, and I had an impulse to draw MC in Finnish "muinaispuku" - historic garments that had been found from Finland and been dated back to 1000-1100 CE. I took inspiration from Eura's dress and Kaarina's dress and heavily used creative liberty around here.

But I think this piece of history is so cool and I had super fun drawing this!! The buckles on shoulders have a käpälikkö symbol (or later known as hannunvaakuna as Christianity took over), which is a symbol of protection from bad luck and evil spirits. They were most often drawn to houses and cottages but I figured if I wanted to lean in a bit of MC being a witch, I'm playing she's protecting herself from spirits lol. This most likely isn't exactly accurate description of the outfit nor the meanings, but fuck it, the vibes are there ✨
