What is a Red Tent? A Red Tent was traditionally a space where women came together during their moon time. A sacred space set apart from normal life where a woman could leave her routine of giving and doing for others and take sacred time for herself in a safe and nourishing space, held in a community of sisterhood. Time for her to go within and re-connect to the deep wisdom she held within her own body. To listen to the voice of her own Soul speaking to her and the voice of the Universal Soul using her as a channel to receive messages for her family, her tribe, the world.
