"NEVER SHALL WE DIE": The name Audraconis is unfamiliar to most because sea fae have been known to keep their family names a secret to other races. In the underwater realms, however, the name Audraconis holds great weight as it belongs to the ruling family of the sea territories. They are respected, but also feared as some of its members are said to be "Stormblooded" (marked with '*' below). Just as the Gods in old lore, they are said to be most "aligned" with the ocean with tempers that can cause deathly storms. House Audraconis is the first in many years to make peace with a race (specifically, sun fae) outside their watery borders.

Their symbol is a whirlpool and their colors are purple and silver.

Mara*, Lady of the Seas » MATRIARCH, mother of 1. Erratic and proud. Her only wish is to uphold her family's legacy. She believes her daughter is special and has the right to great power.

Luka*, » DAUGHTER of Mara. Sometimes known as Lady Dawnstar (the Common Tongue translation of Áraelen) to land-dwellers. She's the offspring of a political marriage between Lord Cidriel Áraelen and Mara.

Iona » WIFE of Oren, mother of 1. Not a blood relative of the clan, but respected nonetheless. She's a bit wary of most, but protective of her loved ones.

Oren, Captain of Red Wave » YOUNGER BROTHER of Mara, husband of Iona, father of 1. A natural leader. He's not as prejudiced against land fae as his family. He loves to sail ships and owns three of them. One of them, Red Wave, is one of the fastest in all of Avalon.

Tane » ELDEST SON of Oren. The newest addition to the clan. A bit spoiled, but quiet. He's not fond of his father's ships and instead stays by his mother, Iona's, side.

Ales » YOUNGEST SON of Rein. He's regarded as frail and has an oddly mellow temperament compared to the others. He doesn't get along well with his brother, Roma.

Roma » ELDEST SON of Rein. Very domineering with a harsh way of speaking. He despises his cousin, Luka, for stealing his place as heir to the family.

Rein* » ELDEST BROTHER of Mara, spouse deceased. Long ago, he was the patriarch and respected by all sea fae and creatures. When his wife was killed by a wood elf, however, he fell into a deep depression and went mad. It's said that his grief is what caused a great hurricane to occur. He is now isolated from his family and deemed unfit to rule with Mara permanently taking his position.

"SHADOWS PRESERVE US": The Black Blades are an infamous group of assassins and mercenaries who reside in Avalon, though their base location is  unknown. Truthfully, they have many sanctuaries across the realm, all of which cannot be entered unless one knows the passphrase. Those wishing to hire  the Blades' services need only pay the fee and perform a dark ritual that summons forth one of the members. All affiliates of the organization have bounties, but due to their skills with seclusion, most have not been caught.

Their sigil is three blades and they do not have clan colors, save for the black that shades their shrouded armor.

Kael Vereles » LEADER, unknown race. The history of the Blades' leader is a mystery. He is known to carry a blade made of dragon bone and possesses one red eye. All the bodies of his victims are found with their hearts cut out.

Eran Stonearm » BLACKSMITH, Wild Elf. A silent man. Serves as the guild's blacksmith. He handles the bigger, tougher targets.

Jonis » CONTRACTOR, Sand Fairy. A charismatic young man, most likely from Firdaus. He takes care of target contracts and payments. He prefers to frame others for his murders or simply make them look like "an accident".

Calia Sarethi » ARCHER, Wind Fairy. The youngest member of the Blades. Long-distance targets are her speciality.

Sinia » ALCHEMIST, Sand Elf. Capable of brewing the deadliest of poisons or the most potent medicines. She only assassinates men who are known offenders of women and is otherwise the group's healer.

Valund Hawkhart » WARRIOR, unknown race (perhaps part-Giant). He towers over most of Avalon's inhabitants. His weapon of choice is a steel battle-axe. Most of his marks are well-known fighters who are skilled in combat.

Gallis Septim » ENCHANTER, Grey Elf. A strange faerie who claims to be from Chthonia. He often enchants the weapons of his fellow Blades, though he doesn't use any himself, preferring magical combat.

Jareth  » ASSOCIATE, Sun Elf. A foreign elf from Aurora, a continent to the west of Avalon. He serves Oberon City not only as a knight, but also as a (secret) sellsword, carrying out the wishes of the wealthy and sometimes those he pities. When the target does not interest him, however, he enlists the help of the Black Blades and splits the spoils with them.

"WITH BLOOD AND IRON": House Windcaller of Stormhold is the ruling family of Valtheim. They are a clan of strong, bright-eyed snow elves who are said to have been cursed by sorceresses centuries ago. Each member who carries the blood of their cursed ancestors have the ability to shift into a wolf. Though some see it as a "blessing", many grieve for the fact that they cannot join their forefathers in the afterlife due to the hex.

Their sigil is a wolf and their colors are black and silver.

Ulfric Windcaller, Lord of Valtheim » PATRIARCH, father of 3. Lord of Stormhold and all of Valtheim. Revered for his wisdom and valor.

Viera Windcaller (neé Blackthorn) » MATRIARCH, mother of 3. Wife of Ulfric. Clever and iron-willed.

Sven Windcaller, the Unseen » ELDEST SON of Ysabel. Ambitious and full of zeal. His stealth during hunts is unmatched.

Ash Windcaller, the Huntress » ELDEST DAUGHTER of Ulfric. Fierce and audacious. One of Valtheim's finest hunters.

Kaya Windcaller » ELDEST DAUGHTER of Ysabel. Usually seen clinging to her uncle, Alain. A quiet child.

Talion Windcaller, the Unbroken » ELDEST SON of Ulfric. Known as "Winter's Heir". His swordsmanship is said to be unmatched.

Alain Windcaller » YOUNGEST SON of Ulfric. A skilled blacksmith with a gentle spirit.
