Refining is continuous, But it doesn’t stop, So it must be an ongoing thing and you have done a stellar job of maturing in that space, fast. 

If we don’t check one another  We lose the edge and losing the edge can’t be an option when you’re trying to win. 

Let’s refine together, tho.  That means you have to leave the gossip elsewhere to be able to focus on the goals and executing the steps to achieve them.
