Refusal to go to therapy and process your trauma in a world of magic resulting in physical manifestations of one's trauma and self-loathing. They are forced to fight/confront to protect those they love (who have probably already been hurt by it)
(This is addressed to my FFXIV character who has done this twice now like buddy I and literally everyone who cares about you is begging you to see a therapist)
