The difference between Wilson and Sloane as handlers (in regards to Sydney’s schooling)

Excerpt from ‘’Recruited’’ pg.115 She had been adamant about continuing her studies at UCLA. ''That's perfectly fine,'' Wilson had assured her. ''In fact, we wouldn't have it any other way. You'll still need a cover for your friends and family. It would be completely out of character for you to drop out of school to accept a clerical position at a bank, wouldn't it?''

She had nodded, vaguely uneasy at how well Wilson seemed to know her ''character''.

Excerpt from ‘’Father Figure’’ pg.200 ''So, how's school?'' Wilson asked obliviously. ''Are you caught up in your classes yet?''

''Pretty much. I should be by the end of the week, anyway.'' Something told her she was about to have a lot of time on her hands.

''It's amazing the way you balance your school schedule with everything you do for SD-6,'' he said. ''Everyone at the agency's in awe. I should have told you that before.''

1x01 Truth Be Told Dixon: ''You know, Sloane doesn't like it. That you're still in grad school.'' Sydney: ''I know. He'd rather none of us have a life outside. I'm not giving it up.''

1x17 Q&A Kendall: ''And you remained in school during all of this. Why? Did SD-6 want you to?'' Sydney: ''Actually, they didn't want me to. It was something I wanted to do. Become a teacher. I didn't want to give that up.''

''Excuse me. Ms. Bristow? Are you Sydney Bristow?''

Sydney glanced up. A man in a black suit had materialized next to her. He looked around fifty, with thinning reddish blond hair that was already almost half gray. His broad shoulders and chest suggested an athletic background, perhaps an ex-football player.

''Yes ... I am. I;m Sydney Bristow,'' she said, momentarily taken aback. She wasn't used to having men approach her on campus, especially ones with such proud posture - or ones wearing such official-looking clothes.

''My name is Reginald Wilson. I'm a recruiter for the Central Intelligence Agency.''

Wilson! He kinda looks how I imagined him, but not at the same time. I’ve been meaning to GIF all his scenes - there’s not many - but I still haven’t gotten around to it. (There is actually one more scene of him, where he’s introducing Sydney to Sloane, but for the life of me I couldn’t get a clear image.) I was working on something else, and I thought that while I had the episode up I’d take some stills.
