Something on the treaty of Turin between France and Piedmont, featuring Nice as a throwaway character, and another appearance of Liguria
Nice boycotted aggressively and refused to vote, which resulted in a very suspicious tally of a high favour for France that other European nations questioned. However, Piedmont was not bothered enough to protest
The treaty said that Piedmont would give away Savoy and Nice to France as a trade off to help them fight against Austria to get the rest of Northern Italy, considered by many Italians as the biggest mistake of the Sardinian kingdom, since France only helped with Lombardy before it went behind Piedmont's back to make peace with Austria right before they got to Venice, might make something on that too.
