NEVER forget that...
"The gospel isn’t meant to comfort you in the sense that, with Christ, things will always be ok. The gospel will forever comfort you in the fact that even when things aren’t ok, Christ is still with you."
This blew my mind. The gospel really is not made to make you feel as though everything will always be perfect and that is something people have a serious misconception about. The Word of God will ALWAYS be there to comfort you at any time; good, bad or awful. Christ is constantly by our side, even when we dont deserve it. We are so insanely blessed, Rejoice that!
