Recipe 🍃;
Lavender
Chamomile
Lemongrass
Yarrow flower
Honey or agave
Milk or plant milk (optional)
Brew the tea and pour it into your favorite teacup or mug, the one that gives you a spark of a sunny feeling on a rainy day. 🌦🌻
Stir in your honey or agave clockwise and set the intention for it to bring you the light you need in that moment. Add plant milk if you want, and wait for it to cool 🍶🌼
My experience;
I was having a pretty bad day before I brewed this tea. Lots of crying, which was helping me feel better, but not like I needed it to. I drank 2 cups of this with some agave and rice milk, & I felt and still feel so much better. This potion is like a warm, loving hug that gives me happy butterflies in my stomach. My husband and I drank a lot and that lavender put us right to sleep for a much needed afternoon nap. Now as I’m awake, I’m still feeling the effects 💓
